Shipping Shipping Costs

No, we do not ship internationally at this point.
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by clicking on "Track Order" link on the left side of the website. Please allow up to 2 business days after placing your order for the tracking number to show.
UPS Ground does not ship to
You may notice that some large or heavy items say "May Require Additional Freight Charge" in the item description. These items are oversized or heavy and cost us more to ship. We have worked the cost of the extra shipping into the price on these items.
•While you CAN ship to a PO Box, we don't recommend it for the following reasons:
• No tracking information. There is no tracking available on these shipments when shipping to a PO Box. Giving a physical address will allow us to ship UPS and have highly accurate tracking.
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on the left side of the website.
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns. Direct returns to:
Customer Service Write the Order ID number on the outside of the box. Once we receive the return, we will credit your account and notify you by email that a return has been made.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. There are no returns on catalogs or imprinted items. Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements. Please contact Customer Service for return authorization before returning merchandise. If after you order item(s) and refuse delivery of an item(s), or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded. You can verify you have a correct address for your order by verifing the email receipt carefully after your order has been placed.
